MGM CEO apologizes to employees for not communicating about Oct. 1 lawsuits

In a legal maneuver aimed at shaking itself of liability for the mass shooting in Las Vegas, the company that owns Mandalay Bay recently sued more than a thousand Oct. 1 shooting victims. Now, its CEO is apologizing to employees — for not communicating better.
